PS- as in he has manners, he is kinds, selfless, caring, treats her like the ultimate princess, he loves her, and truly wishes only the best for her and not to mention VERY MORAL!!!!! (the other stuff his vampire stuff like sucking blood and stuff.... he has an excuse. YOU HUMAN MEN DO NOT ha ha)
ditto to Ashley's comments. If the male population would treat the female population like Edward treated Bella ... that she was his world ... there would be no need to start up a "I Hate Edward" club. heh heh heh
Edward shows how Choices & Self Control can be made, even when you have overwhelming obstacles (not vamping on humans)( not biting her,,,even when he wanted to so badly (it got easier for him as he learned to control himself) I think that Edward also shows how to have tolerance and empathy for those that are different,, even your enemies, by having a common goal with them (like with Jacob. He ever got to where he respected Jacob. I also think that he takes responsibility in every action he takes. He doesnt blame anyone else! And he shows forgiveness, to Jacob to Bella and to himself.
Definitely a good role model what Kelley said about having tolerance and empathy even with his enemies is a wonderful trait. He shows maturity in accepting that everyone is different and not really treating them different.
Awesome role model. Girls should strive to fine their "Edward." Boys should take a lesson from Edward. Mostly, his Christlike attributes of being forgiving, understanding, and of course, a complete gentleman.
Ashley~ way 2 say it like it is! i agree with you! Kristine~ oh yea! i know wutcha mean! if only the world was full of edwards! hah! Thrasher~ok.. Hey, I was the founder of the I hate Edward Club.
Except, the official name is 'Death to Loverboy Vampires.'
Besides that, I can't really comment...although I like the idea of treating young women with respect and consideration.
But...something in my 'spidey sense' tells me he's going to end up sucking her blood, too!
